Ben Janin is a results-focused and accomplished consultant, contractor, salesperson, business banker and entrepreneur. With over sixteen years of expertise, Ben has developed depth in business development, relationship management, commercial credit analysis, organizational development and human resources.  Ben is skilled at exceeding business objectives and driving revenues for respected companies, by thoroughly understanding the needs of businesses.

Ben Janin grew up in his family-run Kawasaki franchise dealership called Active Motorsports in the small rural community of Canon City, Colorado. Like many from Canon City Ben was a passionate dirt bike enthusiast. First learning to play ride in the “Hogbacks”, Ben later expanded his enthusiasm to trail riding, off-road racing, motocross and even hill climbing competitions.

The Janin’s owned and operated the business for over seven years, before Ben graduated from Fort Lewis College to go live the dream of working in the motocross industry and living in Southern California.  While working for Acerbis and KTM for a combined five years, Ben was riding motocross nine months out of the year and surfing during the remaining hot summer months.       

In 2008, Ben began a career in the banking industry starting out as a teller making three hundred dollars every two weeks.  Ben was consistently promoted through the ranks and worked his way up to the Business Banking Group, earning the position of a Business Relationship Manager.  In 2013, Ben went back to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in accounting to furthering his banking career and reaching Vice President Level.

While Ben enjoyed a growing banking career, he was looking to evolve into something more,  somewhere he can take his experience and knowledge, and then apply it to an industry that he is passion it about.  Ben created a vehicle in which to do this, and joined a fledging leadership consultancy firm called T2 Team as a Business Development Officer.  T2 Team has a track record of helping mid-to-large businesses grow up to two hundred percent in as little as twelve to eighteen months, through proven techniques that improve individual and team effectiveness.
